Must have own reliable vehicle,

Vehicle must be able to transport Printers and related hardware ( a two-seater will not work)

Job Overview We are seeking a

Field Service Technician

to support

retail locations

across

Palm Beach County and North Broward County . This role involves traveling between store locations to

install, diagnose, repair, and maintain retail IT equipment

while delivering excellent customer service. This position requires a

reliable personal vehicle

and the ability to work independently in a large geographic area. There is a

strong possibility of permanent conversion

based on performance and business needs.

Coverage Area Primary: Palm Beach County Secondary: North Broward County to North Palm Beach County Preferred residence: Mid Palm Beach County (Boynton Beach to Palm Beach) Key Responsibilities Install, service, diagnose, and repair retail IT equipment within SLA commitments Support and troubleshoot: POS registers & Self-Checkout systems, Thermal & laser printers, Scanners & peripherals, PCs, thin clients, phone systems, Networking, RF devices & cabling Travel between multiple Clients locations daily Proficient with computer hardware and software applications Willingness to support a

24x7 operational environment

(on-call or flexibility as needed) This is a

field-based role

(no office reporting) Potential for permanent hire

depending on business needs

Education Tech School Certificate

OR High School Diploma / GED with relevant technical experience
