**Currently Remote but can change to hybrid. Only candidates 1.5 hours or less from Middletown, PA will be considered**
Key Responsibilities: Manage full
staff augmentation requisition process
from internal request to vendor submission Handle SAP SRM operations: create shopping carts, process PO changes, manage goods receipts Review and process monthly invoices for staff augmentation Maintain IT dashboards for data accuracy Coordinate between IT procurement, contracts/purchasing department, and external vendors Follow PTC standards and procedures while working independently
Required Experience: 2+ years SAP SRM experience
(Display, Shop, Receiving functions) Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
(Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with procurement processes and vendor management Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Engagement Requirements: Must pass
ePATCH & National Criminal Background Check Primarily remote but may require occasional in-person meetings in Middletown, PA Must pick up equipment in-person at Middletown office (no travel reimbursement) Overtime requires pre-approval Travel expenses follow
federal GSA guidelines No additional compensation for travel within 3-hour commuting distance
