Digital Transformation Architect
The Digital Transformation Architect serves as the senior technical authority to the VP of IT. This role provides enterprise-wide architecture leadership across infrastructure, applications, data, and security to ensure a scalable, integrated, and future-ready technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Advise the VP of IT on architecture strategy and technical decisions Define and enforce enterprise architecture standards and roadmaps Provide cross-domain oversight across infrastructure, engineering, data, and security Lead architecture and design reviews to ensure scalable, secure, cost-effective systems Guide integrations across Salesforce, data platforms, financial systems, internal applications, and acquisitions Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into technical solutions Manage technology risk and ensure compliance (HIPAA, PCI, etc.) Support M&A activities through platform evaluation and integration planning Mentor technical leaders and elevate organizational maturity Evaluate emerging technologies and their business value Qualifications
10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in enterprise architecture or senior technical leadership Proven experience designing enterprise-wide architecture and complex system integrations Expertise in cloud, SaaS platforms, and modern engineering practices Experience with Salesforce, data platforms, and healthcare/insurance systems preferred Strong communication skills and ability to influence non-technical leaders Bachelor's degree preferred; Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure, Salesforce) preferred Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
