Job Description The main purpose of the Warranty Process Review Audit Specialist is to audit the retailer network of our client and provide an in-depth review of retailer warranty and service fixed operations focusing on warranty claim applications, documentation requirements, information retention policy, warranty process review, and potential audit risk.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Work within a national team and support local management for the audit program.

Complete audits within defined timeframes according to manufacturer guidelines.

Maintain customer relations with the local region and dealers.

Understand dealer warranty and service processes that impact warranty waste.

Conduct independent warranty audits in line with manufacturer parameters.

Create detailed reports on audit findings, including recommended actions.

Explain audit findings to all relevant dealer staff and management.

Guide dealers on best practices for their business.

Analyze KPI data to identify dealer strengths and weaknesses.

Promote the value of the audit program to dealer management.

Provide accurate and timely reporting to MSXI/HMA management.

Fulfill all reporting requirements as outlined in the program process manual.

Complete ad‑hoc duties as necessary.

Use MSXI/HMA IT systems to identify appropriate dealer metrics for warranty review.

Manage own workload, expenses, and travel arrangements.

Clean driving record and employment background.

Industry‑related qualification or degree, or at least two years of audit experience.

Excellent problem‑solving and complex information assessment skills.

Work independently with multi‑disciplinary, multi‑cultural teams.

Achieve given objectives.

Excellent communication and people‑motivation skills.

Fluency in English in both written and verbal communication.

Plan, book, and complete travel to/from dealers independently.

Travel at least 5 days per week.

Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have either a Client Dealer, Dealer Franchise, or other OEM Service/Warranty Management background with demonstrable automotive audit experience.

General technical understanding of repairs required.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience with at least one dealer management system (ADP, R&R, CDK, etc.).

Knowledge of warranty support material (recalls, campaigns, technical service bulletins, repair manuals/systems).

Minimum two years’ experience in dealer service management with in‑depth industry knowledge.

Proficiency in MS Office tools, predominantly Excel and Word.

Comfortable with a fast pace of change while ensuring continuity.

Comfortable presenting online for virtual attendees.

Perform formal analysis and provide professional written interpretations of findings.

Structured, logical approach; handle multiple tasks and plan ahead with contingencies.

Additional Information The wage range for this role is $75k to $80k based on current experience. Compensation decisions are case‑by‑case and may not be at the top of the range for new hires.
