The Director of Quality will rebuild and lead the quality function for a fast‑growing manufacturing organization, shaping the vision, structure, and daily execution of a maturing quality system. This hands‑on leader will drive change on the floor, build the department, and guide a small team while supporting rapid company growth.

Qualifications
8+ years managing quality teams with strong leadership presence.
Proven ability to build a quality department, set vision, and drive change within the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
Aerospace background with AS9100 expertise.
Ability to read and interpret CMM reports and measurement data.
Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a team effectively.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
