Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Minimum age requirement: 18.
Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
