Job Summary Lead the Experience Where Passion Meets Performance! As General Manager, you will oversee all operations at Landmark Credit Union Live, driving a culture of excellence, service, and accountability. You will lead department heads, optimize revenue, and ensure seamless guest experiences from concourse to premium. Your leadership will guide culinary, hospitality, and event execution strategies while inspiring the team to perform at their peak.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred. Proven experience managing large-scale foodservice operations. Proficiency in budgeting, labor, and operational planning. Strong leadership and team development skills. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
Key Responsibilities Direct venue-wide operations, including culinary, premium, concessions, and events. Drive financial results through forecasting, budget management, and revenue generation. Cultivate a high-performing leadership team and nurture talent pipelines. Ensure compliance with Levy, client, and regulatory standards. Build strong relationships with venue partners and stakeholders. Oversee guest service programs and ensure exceptional experiences. Lead strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
