Responsibilities
Be responsible for identifying and maintaining the appropriate planning parameters in ERP systems to optimize subassembly production and raw material supply plans.
Be responsible for providing materials to manufacturing areas based on planned production schedules and for the appropriate shipping of finished goods to various distribution centers utilizing material handling equipment in support of management policies for customer delivery and inventory levels.
Be responsible for inventory control with use of Kanban avoiding under and over design levels.
Take on additional responsibilities from Operations management.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain as Planner, Buyer, Master Scheduler or similar capacity.
Experience as a People Leader with proven ability of effective communication with direct reports and leadership.
High school diploma or GED required; advance degree preferred.
Preferred Experience
Preferred to have experience using Kanban, Root Cause Analysis, and 5S.
Preferred to have experience as a Data Analyst.

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Companys sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Companys sole discretion, consistent with the law.
