They are seeking a Vice President to join the Banks & Broker Dealers team , managing exposure to a diverse client base including banks, broker dealers, fintechs, credit unions, and other financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage exposure to a diverse portfolio of financial institutions. Lead due diligence, transaction structuring, and credit evaluations. Demonstrate sound credit judgment and effective risk monitoring. Oversee transaction execution, including client analysis and credit approval. Train, mentor, and manage junior credit officers and analysts. Build strong relationships and maintain open communication with stakeholders. Monitor clients and provide timely updates on key developments. Stay informed on economic and regulatory trends. Contribute to key projects and process improvements. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. 7+ years of credit risk experience within financial services. Strong knowledge of financial institutions, including banks and broker dealers. Ability to analyze financial statements and accounting. Understanding of financial products and market dynamics. Experience negotiating loan and trading documentation. Familiarity with credit agreements and market products documentation. Preferred Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of financial statements and accounting.
