Base pay range

About the Role Senior client-facing role for someone who has led complex SimCorp programmes end-to-end and is comfortable owning outcomes, leading stakeholders, and elevating delivery standards across high-impact initiatives.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery Leadership
Lead SimCorp Dimension programmes from discovery and design through build/configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
Own programme governance including planning, milestones, RAID management, scope control, and delivery reporting.
Drive disciplined testing strategies (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and hypercare to minimise operational risk.
SimCorp Dimension Expertise
Provide senior leadership across key SimCorp workstreams, which may include:
Front office and trading workflows
Middle office operations (confirmations, settlements, reconciliations)
Investment accounting and IBOR/ABOR alignment
Performance measurement, attribution, and reporting
Data management, interfaces, and downstream integrations
Oversee configuration and implementation decisions to ensure solutions align with client operating models and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
Lead client workshops and decision forums; translate business requirements into workable SimCorp solutions.
Act as a senior escalation point for delivery issues and risks.
Coach and mentor consultants and workstream leads, raising delivery quality and consistency.
Qualifications
Proven track record leading complex, multi-workstream programmes through go-live and stabilization.
Strong understanding of front-to-back asset management operations and the practical realities of change.
Ability to operate credibly at senior client level (COO, Head of Operations, Head of Technology).
Background in consulting, systems integration, or in-house asset management transformation roles.
Required Skills
Clear, confident communicator with strong executive presence.
Structured, pragmatic problem solver with a delivery-first mindset.
Comfortable balancing hands-on involvement with senior-level oversight.
Collaborative leader who enjoys building and developing high-performing teams.
Preferred Skills
Formal SimCorp training and/or certification.
Experience with SimCorp upgrades, cloud transitions, or managed services models.
Exposure to global or multi-location delivery environments.
