Role Description This is a full-time, Senior Broker/Junior Broker role. Firm is headquartered in Charlotte, NC but operates throughout the Carolinas. In this role, you will actively create, manage and oversee real estate transactions, build and maintain client relationships, and develop innovative strategies to maximize property value. Key responsibilities include conducting property market analysis, identifying investment opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering results that meet or exceed expectations.
The firm offers highly competitive commission splits, a Costar seat license, leads and deal opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of real estate investment, brokerage, sales, leasing and development processes
Proven ability to conduct market analysis, identify trends, and manage data-driven decision-making
Excellent negotiation, business development, and client relationship management skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and collaborate effectively
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Three years experience with commercial real estate achieving GCI in excess of $200,000.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred as is membership in CCIM, SIOR, IREM or CRE.
