Description TeleSolv Consulting has an immediate opportunity to work with the Federal Government as a Project Manager for one of our clients. This is an ONSITE position based in Washington, DC. This role is responsible for managing individual projects under the BPA, ensuring scope, schedule, and cost objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and close projects according to defined objectives.
Monitor project performance and report status to Program Manager.
Coordinate resources and manage project risks.
Ensure compliance with the client standards and policies.
Facilitate communication among project stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
At least 12 years of experience working within DHS or DoD, with a minimum of 8 years specifically focused on Federal Real Property management, Civil engineering, and/or logistics processes.
A minimum of 8+ years of experience leading complex engagements within DHS or DOD (outlined above). This leadership experience may overlap with the Federal Real Property experience but is primarily focused on driving programmatic success and organizational change.
Knowledge of civil engineering and logistics processes.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Background Investigation This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
Compensation $100,000.00 – $135,000.00
