TeleSolv Consulting has an immediate opportunity to work with the Federal Government as a Mid‑Senior level Program Manager. The role requires onsite work at the client’s Washington, D.C. location and is responsible for overall program management, ensuring compliance with BPA requirements, and aligning with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all aspects of program execution.

Serve as primary point of contact with leadership.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Ensure timely delivery of all contract deliverables.

Manage risk and implement mitigation strategies.

Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure quality performance.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

PMP certification required.

Minimum 15 years of experience in DHS/DoD program management, with at least 10 years focused on Federal Real Property management (including property acquisition, asset optimization, space planning, portfolio management, and compliance with federal regulations).

Minimum 10 years of experience leading complex engagements or projects within DHS or DoD, managing high‑stakes initiatives that coordinate across multiple teams, agencies, or contractors.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience managing large‑scale modernization projects.

Background Investigation This position requires a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background checks. The evaluation confirms financial standing, tax filings, rehire eligibility, and adherence to federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, and overall character and trustworthiness.
