This is a full‑time, on‑site District Manager role based in Houston, TX. The District Manager will oversee multiple store locations, ensuring they meet sales targets, maintain operational efficiency, and deliver consistent high‑quality customer service. Responsibilities include supervising store managers, monitoring team performance, implementing company policies, analyzing sales data, and conducting regular store visits to identify opportunities for improvement. The District Manager will also play a key role in training and guiding staff to achieve business objectives. Qualifications

Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop store managers and staff. Strong analytical and decision‑making skills for evaluating sales performance, forecasting, and implementing strategic improvements. Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and store merchandising. Experience in customer service practices and strategies to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively. Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in the wireless retail or telecommunications industry is a plus.
