About the Role This senior-level position will guide the shift from hardware-centric offerings to a software- and solutions-driven portfolio. Based in the United States (East Coast preferred), you will lead market strategy, build commercial and technology partnerships, and serve as a primary voice to customers and industry groups. You will work closely with cross-functional teams located across several global centers of excellence to ensure delivery of high-impact, scalable identity solutions.
Key Responsibilities Market & Strategy
Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including competitive mapping and ecosystem research, to identify both growth opportunities and potential risks.
Define and maintain a differentiated product roadmap that aligns with long-term business and technical objectives.
Shape and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to the U.S. enterprise identity and access landscape.
Customer & Partner Engagement
Serve as a customer-facing leader capable of articulating solution value, gathering complex requirements, and influencing decision makers.
Build, manage, and expand relationships with system integrators, OEMs, technology partners, and distribution channels.
Represent the organization at industry events, working groups, and key conferences to strengthen market presence and thought leadership.
Product Execution
Translate customer use cases and market insights into clear specifications, functional requirements, and value propositions.
Collaborate daily with global engineering teams to prioritize features, guide development cycles, and support on-time delivery of enhancements.
Provide sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams with product positioning, solution messaging, sales collateral, and competitive insights.
Collaboration & Travel
Operate effectively within a multinational, matrixed environment spanning multiple time zones.
Travel within the U.S. regularly and internationally several times per year to engage with teams, partners, and customers.
Qualifications Required
Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
12-15 years’ experience in digital product management, ideally within identity, access management, security, or enterprise technology.
Demonstrated experience owning and executing go-to-market strategies for software or platform-based solutions.
Proven success developing strategic alliances with integrators, technology partners, or channel ecosystems.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Ability to operate comfortably with both technical development teams and enterprise customers.
Preferred
Experience in biometric technologies, identity management, logical access control, or authentication systems.
Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-native platforms, and mobile application ecosystems.
Understanding of hybrid environments (on-premise cloud) for enterprise deployments.
Track record of driving commercial success through B2B solution strategy and product advocacy.
