How You'll Make An Impact Retention

Assumes ownership and overall accountability of client revenue in internal client relationship management system (SFDC)

Drives discussions specific to Gallagher’s compensation

Responsible for minimum of 95% retention of revenue for existing book of business

Anticipate and proactively address issues that could potentially jeopardize client retention

Business Growth

Performance success measured through White Space Growth goal along with Business Retention goal as described above

Understand and communicate Gallagher resources (Pharmacy Practice, Retirement, GGB, HR Consulting and Voluntary Benefits) with internal and external client groups

Strategic Consulting

Communicates Gallagher Resources (Pharmacy Practice, Retirement, GGB, HR Consulting, Voluntary Benefits, etc.)

Maintain comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs to ensure presentation of appropriate coverage solutions that support and enhance the clients’ culture, values and mission

Direct research to strategize content and solutions for quarterly/experience reporting

Effectively communicate content of financial reports to client

Convey implication of financial performance of plan anomalies and provide solutions to address areas of concern

Regularly review client data to analyze trends, identify issues and deliver appropriate solutions, including plan design modeling, funding solutions, networks, contract issues, etc.

Communicates and collaborates with service team to identify challenges and opportunities and develop a plan to implement solutions

Identifies and ensures internal and external client groups are well-informed of current and upcoming compliance and employee benefits related issues and trends

Collaborate with account team and provides oversight and direction on RFP, vendor vetting and presentation strategy

Remains current on industry trends and strategies and proactively seek to improve strategic consulting skills

Collaborate with vendors and team members to build innovative client solutions and opportunities

About You Required:

Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years related experience required. License required.

Preferred:

Professional designation including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.

Behaviors:

Compensation And Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
