We’re seeking a Senior Recruiter to support the growth of our clients growing team. This role focuses on proactive talent attraction, pipeline development, and strategic partnership with hiring leaders.

Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex, hard-to-fill technical roles
Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and outreach
Partner closely with Hiring Managers and leaders to align on hiring needs, timelines, and market insights
Use data and market trends to inform hiring strategies and advise stakeholders
Deliver a positive, high-quality candidate experience from first contact through offer
Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth tech or SaaS environments
Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and modern recruiting tools (AI-powered tools a plus)
Ability to engage passive technical candidates and build long-term relationships
Organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
