Reporting to the President, the Santa Ana Campus Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the campus. The Director oversees campus operations, student recruitment and enrollment, community partnerships, faculty coordination, and student engagement. The role offers autonomy, opportunities for innovation, and the chance to make a direct impact on students’ academic and career success. The Director collaborates with the President, Dean of Academics, Dean of Students, and Director of Enrollment. The ideal candidate excels at building relationships, enjoys working on a small, collaborative, purpose-driven team, and is open with their Christian faith. Primary Responsibilities

Campus Operations & Administration (20%)

Overseeing campus operations and decision-making is the primary role for the Director. At the same time, given the simplicity of operations and Oak Valley’s modest student body, this work takes minimal time out of each day. Oversee day-to-day campus operations, scheduling, and administrative functions Coordinate student and academic services with the Dean of Students and Dean of Faculty Demonstrate excellent independent judgment, accountability, and organizational leadership Enrollment Leadership (40%)

The enrollment function is the most time-consuming role for the Director. On a daily basis, the Director supervises two Admissions Counselors, manages community outreach, oversees prospective student engagement, and represents the Campus to external audiences, primarily schools and nonprofits. Collaborate with the Director of Enrollment to implement a tactical regional enrollment plan Supervise and support two Admission Counselors, ensuring key performance indicators are met Engage in community relations with schools and identify organizations to support awareness and build enrollment pipelines Academic Leadership & Faculty Support (15%)

This function is largely a campus engagement and troubleshooting role, The Dean of Academics supervises faculty, so the Director plays a collaborative and cooperative role with the Dean to ensure quality control and assurance. Coordinate day-to-day academic oversight and quality assurance with the Dean of Academics Support faculty needs, address classroom concerns, and elevate issues requiring academic intervention (e.g. concerns about a professor’s performance, confusion regarding assignments, conflict resolution among students and faculty, etc.) Student Engagement and Support (10%-17%)

Offer guidance, encouragement, and support to students. Collaborate with the Dean of Students to support campus culture, student conduct, and administrative oversight. Build relationships with students, helping them navigate time management, prioritization, and work/life/school balance Coordinate 3-5 CEO Visits (student field trips with local CEOs) per semester Host guest speakers in classes, coordinating visits with professors Provide advice for students regarding internships, job opportunities, and mentoring Teaching (8%-15%)

Master’s degree Experience in customer relationship management, enrollment, community outreach, coaching/mentoring, advising, or related fields Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong technical aptitude using Google Suite and other applications Teaching experience and/or Spanish proficiency are highly desirable Why Join Oak Valley College?

Oak Valley College offers a modest compensation and benefits package including paid sick leave, vacation (after probation), healthcare, and 401(k)-style retirement benefits. Schedule:

Approximately 30 on-campus hours per week (Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–5 PM) Flexible Hybrid Work:
