We are seeking a dynamic, forward‑thinking Program Director to guide and elevate our DBA and MBA programs at our state‑of‑the‑art Royal Oak Campus. This exciting role will lead curriculum innovation, support exceptional learners and define the strategic direction of graduate business education in a thriving academic community.

As a pivotal member of our team, you will provide leadership and strategic direction for the growth of these vital programs, ensuring academic quality, relevance, and alignment with Baker College’s mission and goals. You will foster a student‑centric academic environment that places the College’s mission at the forefront of decision‑making, maintain a culture of compliance and integrity among faculty and students, and collaborate with the dean and faculty to support overall program quality, assessment, and accreditation. Your expertise will mentor and support faculty, staff, and students, driving our programs toward continued success and making a meaningful impact in the field.

A successful candidate will have a Ph.D. or doctoral degree in business or a closely related field, strong discipline‑specific knowledge, and proven performance skills. They will demonstrate meaningful research experience – required at the DBA level and strongly preferred at the MBA level – and have served as a dissertation chair or committee member for doctoral learners. A history of developing impactful college‑level curricula, at least three years of industry experience, and familiarity with academic program assessment and accreditation processes are essential. Proficiency with Canvas, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Apps further underscores readiness to contribute in a learner‑centered environment.
