Construction Project Manager Ben Hardy & Co.

Base pay range:

$110,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Plan and manage residential construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met and all work is completed on time and within budget.

Communicate with clients to establish project goals and provide progress updates.

Prepare project budgets, estimate costs, and develop project schedules.

Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

Monitor project progress and track expenses to ensure completion within budget.

Identify and address project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.

Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.

Manage project teams and provide guidance and support to team members.

Qualifications

Prefer candidates with existing relationships with architects in the Bay Area.

Respect for architecture and interior design.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Procore.

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.

5+ years of experience in high‑end custom residential construction project management in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Strong knowledge of residential construction techniques, materials, and methods.

Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Salary and Benefits

Full‑time

Salary $110,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
