Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

We are seeking a detail‑oriented
Construction Project Manager
responsible for forecasting, managing, tracking, and successfully executing the buildout of new and remodeled restaurants. This person would be responsible for new construction and remodels of new concepts as well as smaller remodel, refresh projects within existing restaurants.
Project management responsibilities
Working closely with Director of Construction to identify tasks for the project critical path, set up the timeline and manage those tasks throughout the project
Putting together a comprehensive bid package with detailed scopes of work from construction documents provided by architect, engineers, designers and ownership
Tracking and reporting the budget to actual throughout the project
Managing the construction schedule and communicating with the operations team and stakeholders to ensure turnover date is met
Ensuring the Owner’s design intent and scope is being met in the finish product by all parties onsite throughout construction
Ensuring a turnkey turnover to operators at the end of the project
Ideal qualifications
5+ years construction project management experience within a restaurant, retail or commercial setting
Strong understanding of construction critical path and scheduling
Experience managing construction budgets, processing invoicing and change orders
Experience managing contractors and vendors to ensure original design intent and scope are being delivered within budget and schedule
Strong communication skills – report schedule and budget, troubleshoot change orders, schedule delays, anticipated risks
Frequent job site meetings with contractors and subcontractors so ensure Owner presence and stay ahead of issues
General Contractors License and Spanish language a plus
Works well with a diverse range of partners – Ownership, restaurant operators, Landlords, building owners, contractors, suppliers, architects, designers, laborers

Currently lives/resides in San Francisco Bay Area
Candidates must have reliable transportation
