Base pay range $72,000.00/yr - $84,000.00/yr

Position Overview Metro Motor is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive

Digital Marketing Specialist

to support and execute day-to-day marketing initiatives across digital channels. This role blends content creation, social media management, customer engagement, event support, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and people-focused, with a strong understanding of brand voice and digital best practices.

Key Responsibilities Operations

Help maintain marketing calendars, brand assets, and project timelines.

Manage vendor relationships and order team collateral as directed.

Support coordination of marketing projects to ensure deadlines and brand standards are met.

Content

Gather and edit photo and video clips, team member interviews, and customer testimonials for use on social media platforms.

Post as Metro Motor on social media channels and actively engage with followers.

Create, edit, and publish content for email newsletters and the Metro Motor website.

Monitor online platforms for customer reviews, engagement, and brand mentions.

Respond to reviews in a professional, on‑brand manner.

Work with the service manager to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints when needed.

Events & Partnerships

Help concept, plan, and execute events, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Support both community‑facing events and internal team initiatives.

Assist with event logistics, promotion, and post‑event follow‑up.

Reporting & Research

Assist with tracking and preparing reports on marketing campaign performance.

Conduct market research and compile insights to support marketing strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic analytics.

Experience working with customer reviews and public‑facing responses.

Google Adwords Certification is a plus.
