Territory Sales Manager – Dallas

This position is responsible for achieving profitable sales growth targets for commercial and residential business. The Territory Sales Manager will develop and execute market plans that focus on the best opportunities to grow territory sales, emphasizing target account development and future demand generation. Key responsibilities include developing account plans for target contractors, updating progress in SFDC, working closely with regional and national accounts teams, and conducting training to drive awareness of Uponor’s value proposition. This is a fully remote position; the ideal candidate is located in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities
Achievement of sales and gross profit goals by executing the market plan.
Create an account development plan for the top 10 target contractor accounts in the assigned territory.
Manage the project pipeline in SFDC to ensure accurate visibility and forecasting.
Work closely with the National Accounts Team to leverage relationships and align corporate initiatives.
Use SFDC to log meetings, update accounts, and share development progress.
Conduct training to promote awareness of Uponor’s value proposition.
Seek opportunities to contribute to the business’s success through proactive team involvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5–7 years of related sales experience.
Knowledge of major account selling and the construction market.
Experience in wholesale distribution and understanding of the independent manufacturer rep model preferred.
Excellent communication, planning, and presentation skills.
Experience in the PHCP industry preferred.
Ability to travel regionally up to 50% of the time.
