Base pay range
$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr Title: PART TIME Executive Assistant 100% Remote, able to work the PST time zone Schedule: Monday- Friday 4-6 hours a day depending on workload Contract Jan 26, 2026 - Feb 27, 2026 The Executive Assistant will provide strategic and administrative support to the CFO ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling focus on high-priority initiatives. This role is a one month contract supporting the CFO while his current EA is on PTO for the month. It requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Act as a trusted partner to the Co-Founder, managing priorities and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Calendar & Scheduling: Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and manage time-sensitive commitments. Travel & Logistics: Arrange domestic and international travel, prepare itineraries, and handle expense reporting. Meeting Preparation: Draft agendas, prepare briefing materials, and capture action items for executive and investor meetings. Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional responses. Project Coordination: Assist with special projects, research, and presentations to support strategic initiatives. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain compliance with company policies. Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a startup or fast-growth environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace). Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills
Experience supporting founders or C-suite executives. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting. Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
