Collaborate with IT Security to implement and maintain secure infrastructure practices.

Collaborate with DevOps to support and optimize release pipelines.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions.

Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology opportunities that drive innovation and operational efficiency.

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service‑level agreements (SLAs) for both on‑prem and cloud services.

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and capacity planning for infrastructure and cloud services.

Establish KPIs and performance metrics to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
