Position Overview We are seeking an experienced sales and relationship management specialist in a B2B account management and cross‑selling role. The successful candidate will develop strong relationships within our existing client base and identify cross‑selling opportunities for our comprehensive corporate governance and executive compensation solutions.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and nurture existing customer relationships for strong retention.

Employ consultative selling methods to uncover and close new opportunities within the executive compensation and governance product suites.

Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, online product demonstrations, training, territory and pipeline management, contract negotiation, and closing new business and renewals.

Create communication and lead‑generating campaigns to develop new relationships within client companies.

Meet revenue goals by retaining a high percentage of clients and closing new solutions.

Partner with the ISS Advisory team to deliver excellent service and insights to clients.

Assist in product development by providing feedback on market needs and opportunities.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

3–5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the financial, corporate, or consulting sector.

Superior analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Demonstrated credibility and rapport with senior executives at prospect firms.

Compensation

Expected base pay: $80,000–$90,000 per year (may vary by skill, experience, education).

Bonus or sales incentive eligible.
