Responsibilities
Staffing: shift management and leading others
Customer service: keeping customer the top priority
Delivery results: inventory control and selling strategies
Merchandising: meet Rally House visual standards, floor moves and merchandising, organizing, game‑planning and execution
Skills and Knowledge
Ability to lead others
Clear and confident communication
Detail oriented
Enthusiastic attitude
Basic digital device and online application use

Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
1‑2 years of retail experience (training and coaching experience preferred)
Availability to work 10‑20 hours per week, including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays and local sports events
Seeking a long‑term position and a career within store operations
Physical requirements: stand, walk, talk or hear, use hands to handle objects, reach with arms, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, lift up to 50 pounds
Compensation: $16.00 – $18.00 hourly
