Seeking a medical malpractice defense attorney with 1–4 years of experience to join a growing law firm that offers a collaborative and supportive environment.

Position Overview Represent healthcare providers and institutions in medical malpractice cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical malpractice defense, excel in litigation and case management, and deliver excellent client relations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of medical malpractice defense cases from inception through trial.

Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

Develop case strategies and advise clients on risk management.

Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.

Collaborate with expert witnesses and healthcare professionals.

Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements

JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership.

2–4 years of experience in medical malpractice defense or any type of insurance defense.

Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
