A well-established and respected law firm is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join its growing practice in a fully remote capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a California Bar‑admitted attorney with 1‑5 years of litigation experience who is looking to gain hands‑on responsibility while maintaining flexibility and work‑life balance.
$115,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
Handle insurance defense matters from inception through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence.
Take and defend depositions; participate in hearings, mediations, and trials.
Analyze liability and damages and develop effective case strategies.
Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel.
Collaborate with partners and team members in a fast‑paced litigation environment.
What We’re Looking For
Active California Bar membership in good standing (required).
1‑5 years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage cases independently with appropriate supervision.
Organized, efficient, and responsive work style.
Comfortable working in a fully remote setting.
