Our client, a financial/investment firm in Boston, is looking to hire a contract to hire Client Service Representative for their busy office. This position is a phone-based role with heavy interaction with clients. The role requires solid customer service experience, interest in a financial/investment environment, strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities. This position will be 5 days/week onsite, 35 hours per week.
Compensation:
$21 per hour*
Rate listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.
Applicants must be able to work onsite 5 days per week to be eligible for this position.

Responsibilities
Taking inbound phone calls from potential and existing clients
Processing transactions, researching account issues, answering account related questions
Documenting all information in system
Perform additional duties/projects as needed
Qualifications
AA or BA degree required, 0-2 years of experience required (financial internship/co‑op experience highly preferred)
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Detail‑oriented, organized, excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Must be driven, self‑starter and have strong analytical skills
Tactful, adaptable, coachable; able to take direction and follow instructions
