Senior Tax Manager

$140,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr About the role
Primarily review complex tax returns across all entity types; assist with preparation as needed Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with tax regulations Manage both domestic and offshore staff Collaborate with leadership on client strategy and planning Identify opportunities for client growth and advisory services Qualifications
CPA license required 8+ years of public accounting experience in tax Strong review experience with all types of returns UltraTax experience preferred (not mandatory) Excellent leadership and communication skills Competitive base salary ($140K–$175K) + bonus opportunities 401(k) PTO + Paid Holidays and Sick Days Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, Monday & Friday remote for flexibility
