Responsibilities
Lead market research, identify product opportunities, and build go‑to‑market strategies for TikTok Shop eCommerce products. Partner with sellers, creators, and operations to drive product launches, iterations, penetration, satisfaction, and growth. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep products innovative, with deep knowledge of US localization. Identify issues, recommend, and drive product optimizations to improve and shape future TikTok Shop products. Collaborate and often lead cross‑functional discussions with Account Management, Product Management, Operations, Design, Data Science, and Engineering to shape strategy, roadmap, and adoption. Participate in the product development lifecycle, review artifacts, run user acceptance testing or beta, and ensure product quality before full‑scale launch. Plan and execute go‑to‑market activities: product documentation, internal training, target audience activation plans, and operational support tools. Monitor key product performance metrics, conduct gap analysis, and identify issues and optimizations to drive improvement plans. Qualifications
Proven experience influencing product development and strategy using quantitative and qualitative market insights. Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration skills; comfortable navigating global structures and aligning objectives. Strong analytical skills and a bias for action; comfortable setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning actions, and executing rapid iterations. A Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Communications, or related field) is required. Deep passion for content and shopping. Preferred Qualifications
5+ years in product marketing in the internet and eCommerce industry. 3+ years of eCommerce experience. About TikTok

Compensation (Annually): $141,360 – $275,652, variable based on qualifications, location, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid parental leave; disability coverage; life insurance; wellbeing benefits; 10 paid holidays; 10 paid sick days; 17 paid personal days (prorated upon hire). The company reserves the right to modify benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
