About the Role We are hiring on behalf of a client
Head of Product
to lead a standalone AI-powered short‑form content product within a high‑growth startup. This is a true business owner role, not a functional leadership position. You will have end‑to‑end ownership of the product, go‑to‑market strategy, revenue, and P&L — with the mandate to take the business from 0 → $20 M+ ARR, and ideally toward $100 M+.
You will operate with founder‑level autonomy, owning product innovation from early experimentation through PMF, defining pricing and distribution, building and scaling a team, and driving measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
Full ownership of a product or business unit end‑to‑end
Direct responsibility for revenue and/or P&L
Proven experience scaling a product from $0 → $20 M+ ARR (or clear early‑stage revenue ownership)
Personal ownership of GTM strategy, including pricing, packaging, channels, and partnerships
Experience leading 0→1 product innovation in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments
Founder / GM mindset: high agency, decisive, scrappy, and outcome‑driven
Ability to hire, lead, and scale high‑performing teams
Qualifications
Former founders or co‑founders
General Managers or Business Unit Leads
Early Head of Product or Growth roles that evolved into GTM and revenue ownership
Leaders who ran product‑led growth (PLG) or creator‑driven GTM motions
Nice to Have
Experience in AI, creator tools, content platforms, media, or SaaS
Strong intuition for creator workflows, especially short‑form content and video
Not a Fit If You Are
A pure Product Manager without revenue ownership
An operator who supported GTM but was not accountable for outcomes
We are looking for leaders who have owned results, not just influenced them — individuals who can point to revenue milestones, pricing decisions, and clear accountability.
