As the

Director, Digital Workplace , you will lead the transformation of

Sodexo’s

digital user experience across North America. Your mission is to deliver modern collaboration and productivity technologies that empower employees and enhance efficiency. This role combines strategic vision with operational excellence, ensuring our digital workplace initiatives are innovative, cost‑effective, and aligned with Sodexo’s global standards.

Remote position. Preferred candidate located in the Eastern Standard Time Zone.

What You'll Do

Drive Digital Transformation

Develop and execute a multi‑year roadmap for a modern digital workplace.

Build business cases and lead projects that elevate user experience.

Shape Global Strategy

Influence Sodexo’s global digital workplace standards.

Integrate innovative solutions that improve flexibility and productivity.

Lead Technology Innovation

Champion emerging technologies and foster adoption across the organization.

Implement cutting‑edge solutions to deliver competitive advantage.

Manage Digital Identity & Collaboration

Oversee identity lifecycle, access management, and collaboration tools.

Define and implement technologies for devices, procurement, training, and support.

Ensure Operational Excellence

Standardize processes for device and endpoint management.

Optimize procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management with clear KPIs and SLAs.
