$100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
The Engineering Manager role combines management responsibilities with active engineering work. You will oversee day-to-day engineering operations with a direct report while contributing to equipment design, process optimization, and project execution. The position requires a passion for the full engineering cycle—from concept through build—and experience across multiple disciplines such as mechanical, process, and electrical engineering.

Responsibilities
Set priorities and manage engineering projects to ensure timely execution.
Oversee design, prototyping, and validation of custom manufacturing equipment.
Drive process improvements and implement advanced manufacturing solutions.
Review engineering documentation for accuracy and manufacturability.
Manage vendor relationships and sourcing for engineering-related materials.
Represent Engineering in cross-functional leadership discussions.
Support production teams with troubleshooting and equipment optimization.
Utilize digital tools for workflow and project tracking.
Participate in new product development and facility improvement initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and strong mechanical aptitude.
Knowledge of equipment design, pneumatics, drives & controls, and materials.
Effective time‑management and communication skills.
Preferred: Experience with machine shop equipment, PLC programming, and 5+ years in engineering leadership within manufacturing.
