Territory Sales Manager Overview

Purpose The Territory Sales Manager will generate and maximize commercial revenue across four U.S. states, developing cross‑sectional client relationships, identifying business opportunities and articulating NaughtOne’s portfolio to influence product selection through strong storytelling and design ambassadorial skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifying opportunities for growth.
Deliver and exceed year‑on‑year sales targets in collaboration with the NaughtOne USA sales team.
Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to fully articulate the NaughtOne product portfolio.
Maximize commercial opportunities by understanding business, design trends, consumer and trade attitudes, competitive practice and product performance characteristics.
Capture relevant project information on Salesforce (Client Name, Project Name, Dealer/D&B Company, Designer, Timelines, Potential Value).
Provide accurate and timely reports to the VP of Global Sales.
Develop strategic sales plans to manage and drive forward existing core client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Build market share within the territory.
Own day‑to‑day relationships and be the prime commercial contact of choice at all account levels.
Leverage relationships to stay up‑to‑date on projects and create leads during all specification stages.
Organize and implement product technical knowledge and training with assigned accounts.
Manage the Chicago showroom sample stock with the Sales Enablement team.
Attend trade and industry events to increase client knowledge of NaughtOne, keep current on the marketplace and competitive activity, cultivating and maintaining relationships.
Arrange and host client events, including the NaughtOne Chicago showroom, to help maintain and grow relationships with key accounts.

Successful sales track record – 3+ years, ideally within commercial interiors, with a strong network of core Chicago and regional A&D practices and regional dealers.

Dimension of Role Based from the NaughtOne showroom in Fulton Market, Chicago, this role reports to the VP of Global Sales. You will own opportunity until order point, delivering financial and activity goals. Frequent travel across the sales territory and flexible work are required, including occasional evening and night away from home.

Compensation & Benefits Base salary range $49,795.00 – $64,745.00, with potential geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards subject to program rules.
