A leading global large cap investment bank is seeking a Vice President to join its high-performing Leveraged Finance team in New York, with a dedicated focus on the Energy sector (including Metals & Mining, Energy, and Energy Transition).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of leveraged finance transactions, including LBOs, refinancings, and acquisition financings.
Manage deal processes end-to-end, coordinating with sponsors, internal product teams, and sector coverage.
Oversee credit analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, and preparation of lender and rating agency materials.
Support origination efforts, leveraging strong sponsor and corporate relationships.
Mentor and manage junior team members.
