private equity team looking to hire an experienced Senior Associate to join their investment team in Los Angeles. With a lean team structure, this role offers direct, day‑to‑day exposure to partners and founders, as well as meaningful ownership across the full investment lifecycle. Evaluate and execute new investment opportunities across sourcing, diligence, and execution. Lead complex financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis. Drive diligence workstreams alongside management teams, advisors, and operating partners. Prepare and present investment materials to senior leadership and IC. Support portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, add‑on acquisitions, and value creation plans. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the firm’s investment culture. Ideal Background
Prior experience in private equity (Senior Associate level already). Strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution. Experience working on control‑oriented transactions. Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment. Strong judgment, communication skills, and investor mindset. Seniority level
