Role and Responsibilities As Technical SME Project Manager on the SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) ADSS (Application Development Support Services) contract, you will provide technical and project management oversight across various cloud, data, infrastructure, and application development initiatives. You will work with federal and contractor stakeholders, independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team, to execute projects that improve automation, process improvement, sustainability, and bring innovation to across the offices and divisions of SAMHSA.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
3-5 years hands‑on working experience with SAMHSA infrastructure and applications, ideally within the Office of Management and Technology Operations (OMTO).
Strong knowledge of SAMHSA's AWS environment.
Knowledge of various SAMHSA applications and their business values, including BWNS, SPARS, BHSIS and other mission‑critical applications.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
AWS certification.
AI Certification.
PMP Certification.
Education Bachelor's Degree.
