As Technical SME Project Manager on the SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Metal Health Services Administration) ADSS (Application Development Support Services) contract, you will be responsible for providing technical and project management oversight across various cloud, data, infrastructure and application development initiatives. The Technical SME will work with various federal and contractor stakeholders, working independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team to execute projects that improve automation, process improvement, sustainability and/or bring innovation to across the offices and divisions of SAMHSA. Required technical and professional expertise

3-5 years hands on working experience with SAMHSA infrastructure and applications, ideally within the Office of Management and Technology Operations. (OMTO).

Strong knowledge of SAMHSAs AWS environment

Knowledge of various SAMHSA applications and their business values, including BWNS, SPARS, BHSIS and other mission critical applications

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust

Preferred technical and professional experience

AWS certification

AI Certification

PMP Certification
