Description The Amazon Artificial General Intelligence Data Services (AGI-DS) organization is responsible for developing diverse datasets to train and evaluate the Amazon AI models. Key Job Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact and the account owner for our key science customers.

Build and execute plans for fulfilling the customer's mid‑term and long‑term data needs across diverse domains, novel data formats, and multiple fulfillment channels.

Find the opportunities for multiplying innovation across different data workstreams, leading advances into science and complex data representations.

Work across teams, with a wide range of stakeholders, and elbow‑to‑elbow with our scientists and Language Engineers as well as with partner product teams.

Basic Qualifications

7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.

Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

3+ years experience in complex data creation for AI models.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.

Experience managing projects across cross‑functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.

Experience defining KPIs/SLA’s used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

Compensation The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
