Sr. Technical Program Manager, Artificial General Intelligence - Data Services
The Amazon Artificial General Intelligence Data Services (AGI‑DS) organization is responsible for developing diverse datasets to train and evaluate Amazon AI models. Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact and the account owner for our key science customers.
Build and execute plans for fulfilling the customer's mid‑term and long‑term data needs across diverse domains, novel data formats, and multiple fulfillment channels.
Find opportunities to multiply innovation across different data workstreams, leading advances into science and complex data representations.
Work across teams, with a wide range of stakeholders, and collaborate closely with scientists, language engineers, and partner product teams.
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
3+ years of experience in complex data creation for AI models.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
Experience defining KPI’s/SLA’s used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
