SUMMARY

The Cytek Field Applications Specialist (FAS) level III will be responsible for assisting Cytek internal and external customers with instrumentation and application training and support. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivers theoretical and hands‑on training for Cytek analyzers, sorters and applications. Provides input to update and develop new training materials. Helps to develop and deliver Advanced Application trainings to Cytek customers. Develops complex multicolor panels and assays independently and may provide guidance to junior FAS. Supports Cytek customers to troubleshoot high‑complexity assays independently and may provide guidance to junior FAS. Professionally communicates technical information to Cytek customers independently. May provide guidance to junior FAS. Documents Cytek application support activities in an accurate and timely manner. Develops and independently delivers both pre‑ and post‑sales technical presentations in alignment with Cytek business initiatives. Performs instrument demonstrations in collaboration with the Sales team including for KOLs and Tier 1 customers. May provide guidance to junior FAS. Participates in planning and provides onsite support for local and international sales/marketing events, including technical support for trade shows, sponsored seminar series, and user group meetings. Partners with and supports the Service organization to resolve issues at the customer site. Takes the lead along with the Service organization in resolving local/regional escalations. May provide guidance to junior FAS. Independently designs and performs experiments to generate data for internal purposes (R&D and Marketing). Participates in generation of white papers or publications. Helps to organize local customer‑centric events (UGM, data clinics, etc.) in collaboration with the Technical Lead, Sales and Marketing. Helps to generate and deliver technical content at local or international events. Helps to develop and generate marketing or training content (e.g. webinars, white papers) under guidance of the Technical Lead or other senior FASs. Actively tracks and records Requests for Change (RFC) and transfers customer feedback to the relevant internal teams. Provides feedback to marketing/R&D on specific product features or improvements. Supports R&D to evaluate new products. Participates on onboarding of new FAS members and helps planning and delivering internal trainings. ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Independently develops expertise on new products and maintains a high level of expertise on legacy instruments, reagents, software and applications. Assists the manager, Tech Lead or Director with planning team activities to support learning and development. Promotes a safe work environment and notifies management of all observed hazardous conditions or unsafe work practices. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of a BA/BS in Life Sciences, Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, or Medical Technology. Masters or PhD preferred. 8‑12 years' academic experience or >5 years' industry experience or a combination of both academic and industry experience >10 years in research or clinical flow cytometry is required. Experience in both preferred. Must have at least 4 years of experience as an FAS, with proven career progression, and maintained a performance rating of 3.5 or above (on a 4.0 scale). KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Working knowledge of cell biology, thorough knowledge of flow cytometry and related applications. Extensive knowledge in flow cytometry instrumentation, reagents, software platforms and the competitive landscape is required. Analytical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills in each of these areas. Technical/scientific writing experience is required. Previous experience providing onsite technical customer‑facing support is preferred. Previous technical demonstration experience in support of Sales and Marketing preferred. Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Effective organization and planning skills. Demonstrated ability to operate independently and strategically to achieve individual and corporate goals. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

Individual will be able to travel on commercial airlines, train, rental car to call upon potential and existing customers. Individual will be required to lift 25lbs without harm, be able to work in a standing position for an hour at a time. Approximately 50% travel. Cytek is an equal‑opportunity employer.
