The General Manager role is an active one where you’re on your feet, coordinating multiple team members, and problem‑solving in real time. Our General Managers oversee all aspects of how their centers operate, from entertainment to food & beverage sales, to the property and its equipment as a whole. Through it all, our General Managers work hard to cultivate an exceptional team environment so that all staff members can perform at a consistently high level. Essentials Duties
Generate & monitor center revenue – develop financial operational plans/budgets, monitor performance, drive food & beverage sales, review & control labor costs and other expenses. Operational pro – floor management; manage day‑to‑day operations, scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicate effectively with your team. Train your team – supervise regular training for all staff, ensure proficiency in guest service, food & beverage operations, loss prevention, company standards; supervise direct reports (Assistant General Managers, Facility Managers, Kitchen Managers, Event Managers). Review center performance – manage multiple departments efficiently, conduct regular meetings, review profit & loss statements weekly/monthly and adjust action plan. Rally the troops – keep morale high, address HR or loss prevention issues as they arise. Make guests priority #1 – achieve and maintain overall guest service goals, resolve complaints appropriately. Drive food & beverage sales – oversee management and expansion of food & beverage program, ensure quality standards, provide training and supervision. Remain flexible – work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, extended workdays as needed. Who You Are
General Manager is a customer service pro who thrives in fast‑paced environments, highly attuned to guest experience, accountable, strong team player, extraordinary problem‑solver, with at least a few years of full service restaurant management experience. Desired Skills
5+ Years of Management Experience related to full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations Bachelor’s Degree Basic business math, accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision‑making skills Strong Team Player Exceptional “People Developer” Customer Service Pro Knowledge of POS register systems Solid Communication Skills Work Environment / Physical Demands
Typical entertainment environment; walk, bend, stand for periods; may lift objects with some assistance. Benefits & Compensation
The pay range for this position is $62,000 to $67,000. Lucky Strike Entertainment offers performance‑based incentives and a competitive total rewards package including healthcare coverage and other benefits. Incentives and/or benefit packages may vary depending on the position.
