About the Role:

In this hunter position you will source, nurture, and close new BairesDev clients primarily from your network and industry contacts that are not inbound leads.

Hunting:

Build long‑lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise‑level clients in Consumer (Retail, E‑commerce, and Omnichannel) industries.

Originate and nurture business relationships that result in engagement opportunities.

Present BairesDev’s unique value proposition tailored to senior executives of potential clients.

Project Management:

Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy client needs and achieve desired outcomes.

Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets.

Manage resources and mobilize multi‑disciplinary teams (solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, delivery) throughout the complex sales cycle.

Identify and mitigate key risks through tactical plans and actions.

We are looking for:

Sales experts passionate about selling technology solutions.

5+ years of experience in Retail, E‑commerce, or Consumer Goods sectors, with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation.

Strong background in business development, key account management, or vendor relations within the retail sector.

Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and enterprise accounts within retail or consumer markets.

Deep understanding of the Retail industry – players, strategies, client structures, business models, sub‑verticals, needs, challenges, and trends.

Strategic, creative, and analytical approach focused on building client relationships.

Comprehensive knowledge of retail systems, customer data platforms, inventory management, and common technological challenges in retail.

Ability to deliver compelling, tailored presentations to senior executives.

Self‑motivated, results‑driven, detail‑oriented, and deadline‑driven.

Native English speaker or fully bilingual in English.
