About the Role:
In this hunter position you will source, nurture, and close new BairesDev clients from your network and industry, primarily targeting midsize to enterprise‑level organizations in the Consumer (Retail, E‑commerce, and Omnichannel) sectors.
What You'll Do
Hunting
– Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with midsize‑to‑enterprise clients across industries, focusing on Consumer retail.
Originate and nurture business relationships leading to engagement opportunities.
Present BairesDev’s unique value proposition tailored to senior executives.
Develop strong client relationships.
Project Management
– Scope projects, shape engagements, and define solutions that satisfy clients’ needs and achieve desired outcomes.
Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet revenue targets.
Plan resources and mobilize teams (solution design, UX, technical, engagement …) throughout the sales cycle.
Manage risks through tactical plans and actions.
We Are Looking For
Mighty sales expertise with 5+ years in Retail, E‑commerce, or Consumer Goods sectors.
Experience in business development, key account management, or vendor relations within retail.
Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and enterprise accounts.
Deep knowledge of the Retail industry – players, strategies, client structure, business models, trends.
Strategic, creative, and analytical approach to building client relationships.
Strong understanding of retail systems (customer data platforms, inventory management, etc.).
Ability to deliver compelling presentations.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven.
Native English or fully bilingual in English.
