The Role We are looking for a highly technical, creatively aggressive Growth Marketing Manager who can engineer distribution, build awareness loops, and make InFlow unavoidable across the agentic ecosystem. This is a role for someone who can design systems/campaigns and who understands how to reach developers, founders, and enterprises building autonomous workflows.
You will responsible to build and execute GTM programs to drive the highest possible awareness, ecosystem presence, and inbound demand across the agentic ecosystem. Developers should instinctively reach for InFlow when they need agent-enabled payments, and sellers (merchants) should view InFlow as the simplest way to onboard agents as a new customer type and support agent-initiated payments.
You will run acquisition, community, content, socials, ecosystem activations, and partner amplification. Additionally, you will operate the technical stack behind growth: automation, analytics, attribution, segmentation, experimentation, and velocity.
Responsibilities Create omnipresence across the agentic ecosystem
Design and execute multi-channel growth engines targeting developers, independent builders, open-source communities, and enterprise technical teams.
Continuously experiment with new distribution surfaces: forums, community hubs, developer platforms, AI tooling ecosystems, and adjacent agent networks.
Operate a highly technical growth stack
Build and manage the full lifecycle of growth automation: onboarding flows, drip sequences, lifecycle triggers, audience segmentation, and cohort targeting using marketing automation tools (email, nurture flows, triggered campaigns).
Content performance monitoring: engagement heatmaps, distribution analytics.
Implement tracking instrumentation across campaigns to measure awareness to activation to integration with precision.
Run social & community strategy as a growth engine
Operate social channels with deep understanding of algorithm dynamics, frequency optimization, narrative shaping, and tactical content sequencing.
Build and manage developer communities across real-time chat platforms, forums, and ecosystems, turning them into repeatable activation surfaces.
Create content engines designed for distribution: technical explainers, use cases, integration stories, partner spotlights, and ecosystem narratives.
Architect hackathons, workshops, challenges, and ecosystem showcases to stimulate developer adoption and partner integrations.
Design repeatable motions for partner amplification, co-marketing, integration announcements, and technical education.
Instrument, measure, and optimize the entire funnel
Own dashboards and reporting for impressions, reach, signups, integrations, and adoption metrics.
Analyze campaign performance at the granular level and rapidly iterate to maximize impact per unit of spend, effort, or channel surface.
Serve as the ecosystem signal amplifier
Capture insights from developers, partners, community engagement, and market activity.
Feed this intelligence back into Product and GTM to inform roadmap prioritization, messaging, and integration strategy.
Key Qualifications
5+ years in growth, performance marketing, ecosystem marketing, or product-led growth roles.
Proven track record of executing campaigns that drove measurable adoption or user growth.
Experience running partner activations including co-marketing programs, events, hackathons, or developer programs.
Attribution systems (conversion attribution, channel effectiveness measurement).
Marketing automation platforms (journey builders, segmentation, lifecycle triggers).
Experimentation frameworks (rapid iteration, growth hypotheses, testing infrastructure).
Community management systems (real-time chat platforms, developer ecosystem tools).
Background in fintech, blockchain, or developer tools is a plus.
