Type : Full-Time 40 hours/week (Onsite/Remote)
Salary Range : $38,000-$40,500
Lincoln Community Coalition is seeking a visionary Executive Director (ED) to lead our mission in Lincoln County, NV.
Mission Focus : Building partnerships to increase services emphasizing mental health, food programs, education, youth substance abuse prevention, and other community needs.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute the LCC’s strategic vision.
Fundraising: Lead grant procurement (public health/prevention/education) and major donor cultivation.
Partnerships: Act as primary spokesperson and build multi-sector alliances.
Oversight: Financial management, program evaluation, and grant compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years senior non-profit or corporate management experience.
Certification: Possess or be eligible to obtain certification as a Community Health Worker (CHW) and/or a Prevention Specialist (PS) within the first six (6) months of employment.
Proven success in grant management and fundraising.
Demonstrated ability to build community partnerships.
Knowledge of LCC’s core mission areas.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Other: This position is a full-time, benefits-eligible county employment opportunity. The role operates under the joint direction of the Lincoln Community Coalition and the Fiscal Agent.
