Job Description Commercial Strategy & Business Development

Sales Leadership & Key Account Management
Lead and mentor the sales team to deliver consistent growth and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners.
Negotiate high‑value contracts and ensure compliance with pricing and profitability guidelines.
Marketing & Go-To-Market Execution
Oversee integrated marketing plans, including trade marketing, digital campaigns, and product positioning.
Collaborate with R&D and operations to launch innovative packaging solutions aligned with sustainability trends.
Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
Financial & Operational Management
Manage P&L for the commercial division, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI on marketing investments.
Forecast sales performance and align with production planning and supply chain capabilities.
Prepare business cases for new product development and capital investments.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Represent the company in industry forums and build brand reputation as a leader in sustainable packaging.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles within packaging or FMCG industries.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and managing large teams.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
Familiarity with sustainability trends and regulatory requirements in packaging.
