Base Pay Range $150,000.00/yr - $240,000.00/yr
About the Firm A rapidly growing boutique real estate litigation firm with offices in Northern and Southern California is seeking talented Associate and Senior Litigation Attorneys to join its Newport Beach team. The firm represents homeowners, borrowers, and businesses across the state in complex real estate and foreclosure matters — from title and encroachment disputes to fraud, breach of contract, and wrongful foreclosure actions.

What You’ll Do
Represent clients in state and federal court, including mediations, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and appellate briefs
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on complex real estate and foreclosure issues
Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution, ensuring all deadlines and court rules are met
Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy, risk assessment, and next steps
Senior Attorney Level: Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals; provide strategic oversight on case development
What We’re Looking For
Active California Bar license in good standing
Associate: 5+ years of litigation experience
Senior Attorney: 10+ years of litigation experience
Minimum 2 years of real estate litigation experience required
Experience drafting MTSs, MTDs, appellate briefs, writs, and other substantive motions
Strong track record with depositions, mediations, and courtroom advocacy
Exceptional legal writing, analytical ability, and strategic thinking skills
Ability to handle a full docket independently in a fast-paced environment
Law Review, clerkship, or appellate experience is a plus
Associate: $150,000–$180,000
Senior Attorney: $180,000–$240,000
